Synthetic, polyurethane or polyacrilyc enamels are selected to be spray painted onto each specific material, including wood, in order to comply with its very own characteristics and satisfy our client’s requirements.
Liquid coating is applied using HVLP spray guns and airless pumps to achieve the best qualitative end result and to optimize the transfer efficiency, in order to considerably reduce the waste of sprayed product that is an inevitable consequence of traditional industrial spray paint systems.
The transfer efficiency is the ratio expressed in percentage between the actual quantity of product that is deposited on the surface and the total sprayed product. The higher this percentage the lower the waste of paint in “overspray”. Using HVLP professional spray guns we can also minimize the rebound that the pressurised paint generates when impacting any surface, turning into mist and dry powders that would affect the quality of the working environment.
